A: I'm Craig Haley and...
I am not affiliated with, and do not sell any service provider or equipment vendor. I provide my clients with unbiased, independent and objective recommendations. I maintain strict ethical and professional standards. I have over 24 years in the corporate world providing computer network, telecommunications network, desktop application support and consultation services.
Q: What is your rate?
A: My standard rate is $65 per hour. I bill in 15 minute increments and as a general rule, I do not charge for my travel time to and from the job site.
Q: Why should I hire you?
A: That's a very good question. I believe that you should hire me because I have a track record of success, a list of satisfied clients, over 20 years of experience and I always come from a place of honesty, truth and integrity.

A: Here's just a few of my professional highlights...
I directed business case research, acquisition and installation of various new technologies, managed integration of disparate technologies of acquired global business partners into existing enterprise systems, designed, issued RFP, awarded contract and managed technical construction of multiple corporate data and telecommunications operations centers within the continental United States, managed Enterprise Year 2000 Readiness Program for global corporation, developed in depth traffic engineering methodology for multiple platform switching technologies, implemented various inter-exchange and intra-exchange carrier based tariff and off-tariff services, determined and implemented strategic use of inter-exchange carrier based vertical applications. I served as Technical consultant to corporate technology steering committees for telecommunications, provided ongoing consultation to senior management regarding call center technologies and applications was the lead negotiator of several multi-year exclusive carrier contracts.
I designed and implemented multiple global frame relay networks, have implemented multiple network based enhanced call routing features worldwide, global Novell NDS and Microsoft Terminal Server for seamless global GUI access, negotiated, co-designed and implemented multiple global software defined networks, have implemented carrier based in-route messaging for enhanced 800 services, designed various IVR applications for sales and service organizations,designed and implemented multiple call centers throughout the United States, implemented split access/flexible egress routing for multiple call centers, directly supervised call center agents, technicians, supervisors and managers and developed various call center force management staffing models.

A: Well, way too many things to mention here. But, since you asked... I am happily married and we have a pack of dogs, a school of fish and a flock of birds. I am also an artist, a musician, a former United States Marine and a proud member of the Force Reconnaissance Association.
